WSY、FSYThe series of vertical fiberglass submersible vortex pumps, centrifugal pumps, and components that come into contact with the medium are made of polyvinyl butyral modified phenolic glass fiber, which is molded into phenolic fiberglass parts at high temperatures. The connecting pipe and outlet pipe are made of phenolic fiberglass pipes using a semi dry rolling process. The assembly of the impeller shaft sleeve is bonded to the pump shaft with phenolic putty, and all parts of the submersible assembly are bonded with phenolic putty. There is no metal contact with the medium when it extends into the liquid, and the corrosion resistance is reliable. The product has excellent properties such as lightweight, high strength, no deformation, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. In terms of corrosion resistance, it can partially replace precious metals such as molybdenum stainless steel, titanium, and titanium alloys.
Pump in transmission and rotation direction: The pump is directly driven by an electric motor through a claw type elastic coupling, and the pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the motor end.
